Brussels, 29/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 22 November, the Parliamentary committee on transport and tourism (TRAN) of the European Parliament voted convincingly in favour of the report by Reinhard Rack (EPP-ED, Austria) on the programme "Marco Polo II" for 2007-2013, a programme which was set up to provide financial support for initiatives to ease congestion on road freight transport and encourage the transfer of freight from the road to other modes of transport, and to make goods transport...
