Brussels, 29/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The committee on budgets of the EP is to vote this Thursday on a proposed resolution by Reimer Böge (CDU), rapporteur of his temporary committee on the financial perspectives 2007-2013, in which the Parliament is to indicate that even in the absence of an agreement on the financial perspectives at the European Council in December, the EU will be able to fund its multi-annual programmes.
