The Dutch group, HENDRIX GENETICS, has signed a letter of intent for acquisition of 100% of the capital of ISA - INSTITUT DE SELECTION ANIMALE (turnover EUR 60 million in 2004 with 417 employed), a company specialised in the selection and reproduction of laying hen strains hitherto under control of NATEXIS INDUSTRIES.
