Belgian group ROULARTA has acquired 35% of the capital of the French group, L'EXPRESS-L'EXPANSION (turnover over EUR 200 million in 2004). ROULARTA also signed an agreement for taking over the CAVENNE company that publishes the weekly, “Point de vue” (2921,000 copies each week).
