Belgian UMICORE has taken over the assets and activities of the Chinese production company of materials containing precious metals, SUZHOU ALLOY MATERIAL FACTORY (turnover EUR 10 million in 2004 with 170 collaborators), for the sum of EUR 7.5 million.
