25/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to plans to acquire the British logistics and freight transport company Exel by Deutsche Post, which also owns DHL and Danzas. Despite the fact that the operation will reinforce its position, Danzas will still have to face off several main rivals (UPS, TNT and Kuehne & Nagel) on the markets in which Exel operates, the Commission noted.
