25/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its clearance to the proposal by the Italian firms, Shell Energy Italia and ERG Power & Bas, to create a joint company to deal with the construction, from 2007, of a terminal for the re-gasification of natural liquefied gas, in Priolo, Sicily. The deal was examined according to simplified procedure.
