15/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - Marek Belka, former Polish prime minister, and Angel Gurria, former Mexican foreign minister, are the two remaining candidates for the post of Secretary General of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, OECD. After a second round of consultations, Japan's Sawako Takeuchi, former advisor to the Japanese prime minister, dropped out. The third round of consultation will be held in the week starting 21 November.
