15/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 13 November, the European Central Bank (ECB), the European Commission and the Egyptian Central Bank signed a bank surveillance cooperation agreement. European aid will take the form of a Eurosystem technical aid programme, starting on 1 December, in which the ECB will be working with Deutsche Bundesbank, the Bank of Greece, the Bank of France and the Banca d'Italia.
