15/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 16 November, the UK's Permanent Representative to the EU (and chair of COREPER), John Grant; the European Commission Director General for External Relations, Eneko Landaburu; and South Korea's ambassador to the EU, Heng-Kyeom Oh, will sign an additional protocol extending the EU-South Korea Framework Agreement on Trade and Cooperation to the ten EU Member States which joined in May 2004.
