Study into effects of repealing of exemption enjoyed by maritime conferences rules that these are favourable

Brussels, 14/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - A study carried out by external consultants on behalf of the European Commission has returned a favourable opinion on the potential effects of repealing the exemption from bans on restrictive practices in favour of Maritime conferences.
