Brussels, 07/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - As expected, a new cooperation agreement was signed in Brussels on 7 November between the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) by the President of the European Commission, Jose Manuel Barroso, and the President of the EESC, Anne-Marie Sigmund.
