07/11/2005 (Agence Europe) -Reijo Kemppinen of Finland, former spokesperson of the Prodi Commission, is the new head of the European Commission's Representation in London. According to The Times of 7 November, Mr Kemppinen (who was also a very active spokesperson to the Finnish Presidency of the Council of the EU) would like the people of the United Kingdom to stop talking about "whether or not they are a member of Europe", because "the fact is that the United Kingdom is, and will continue...
