Germany may get Council to postpone decision on REACH - EPP-ED hopes to postpone vote in first reading at European Parliament

Brussels, 07/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - A new episode in the REACH saga (the draft directive on the registration, evaluation and authorisation of chemicals in the EU), with the expected postponement of any decision at Council level (scheduled by the British Presidency for agreement in principle at the Competitiveness Council of 28/29 November).
