07/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The 2005 edition of EuroGuide - a Yearbook of the Institutions of the European Union has been published by 'Editions Delta', the only bilingual English-French publication since 1977 of all EU institutions, bodies and agencies. Part I (How it Works) looks at the structure, powers, operation and activities of EU institutions, bodies and agencies; while Part II (Who does What) has organisational charts with names and details of the people in charge.
