ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

The French group, VENDOME ROME, which held the majority of ATISREAL capital, has signed an agreement with BNP PARIBAS IMMOBILIER whereby the stake held by the real estate branch of the French bank in the capital of ATISREAL will increase from 49.98% to 100%.
