04/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the 7th conference of 'Reseau Eurocapitales' in Paris on 19 November, the Eurocapitals association of the region of Paris-Ile de France will be organising a study day on European citizenship and health in Europe. Catherine Lalumiere, Vice-President of the 'Mouvement europeen international' will open the study day. The first debate will look at the foundations of European citizenship, the future of European citizenship, and national and European citizenship....
