Brussels, 04/11/2005 (Agence Europe) - The EU foreign ministers attending the General Affairs and External Relations Council on 7 November, chaired by the UK's foreign minister Jack Straw, will have a lot on their plate. The General Affairs section of the Council will take all morning, discussing the Financial Perspectives 2007-2013 and the WTO Doha Trade Round. The lunch and afternoon will be given over to foreign issues like Iran, Syria, Kosovo, Iraq and the Middle East peace process. An...
