Brussels, 27/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 7 November 2005, Jacques Nancy will leave his job as spokesperson for Josep Borrell to become Borrell's speechwriter and manager of Borrell's policy departments. Jacques Nancy was a member of the cabinet of the first President of the European Parliament, Simone Veil, and was also the spokesperson for later EP Presidents, Enrique Baron Crespo and Nicole Fontaine.
