18/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Andrew Duff (ALDE, UK) and Johannes Voggenhuber (Green, Austria), European Parliament Constitutional Affairs Committee co-rapporteurs on the period of reflection on the future of Europe, said on Tuesday that they would be outlining their draft report and reactions to the Commission's Plan D at a press conference in Brussels on Friday 21 October.
