14/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - British Conservative MEP has strongly reacted to the European Parliament's Budget Committee decision to earmark EUR 3.5 million to European Constitution publicity campaigns, noting in a press release that it is unacceptable for European tax-payers money to be spend to fund propaganda campaigns for the Constitution. This is a pointless waste of money to promote a project generally viewed as dead and buried.
