Mr Barroso at White House on 18 October for talks on Doha cycle and transatlantic cooperation in the world

Brussels, 14/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The President of the European Commission, José Manuel Barroso, will be in Washington on 18 October for an interview at the White House with President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. It will be the first bilateral meeting between the President of the Commission and the US President since 1989.
