14/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed acquisition of Spain's Dalphi car airbag and steering wheel business by TRW, the US automotive component manufacturer. TRW designs, manufactures and markets automotive components, including braking and steering systems, engine valves, airbags, steering wheels and electronic controls.
