11/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) has granted two loans of 30 million EUR to the South African cities of (the capital, formerly Pretoria) and Thekwini (formerly Durban) for the co-funding of urban infrastructures for the provision of water and electricity, the road network, the environment, healthcare and education.
