Brussels, 11/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - After being returned to the drawing board umpteen times, the proposal for European legislation on a future policy for the registration, evaluation and limited authorisation of chemical products (REACH) finally made decisive progress within the Competitiveness Council on Tuesday in Luxembourg.
