27/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The secretary general of the Council of Europe, Terry Davis, will be hosting the second meeting of the OSCE coordination group on 30 September in Strasbourg, when he will meet the new secretary general for the organisation, Marc Perrin de Brichambault.
