Brussels, 21/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - The second European Parliament plenary session of the month of September, next week in Strasbourg, will be marked by a debate, held on Wednesday, on the opening of talks with Turkey (see especially EUROPE 9031). The same day, the Parliament will hear Council and Commission declarations on the price of oil (see other news today and EUROPE 9030 on Commissioner Piebalg's comments at OPEC), UN reform and the situation in Belarus.
