Brussels, 21/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - Representatives from the 47 Liberal Democrat parties taking part on 23-24 September in Bratislava at the 26th annual congress of the Liberal Democrat and Reform Party (ELDR) which, as indicated in a press release, will adopt a Liberal Democrat ten point plan on competitiveness in Europe, under the slogan “Releasing Europe' Potential - Working together for a Competitive Europe”.
