The German MIELE group has given up control, for an undisclosed amount, of its kitchen furniture subsidiary to the Swiss company AFG ARBONIA-FORSTER-HOLDING. This division represented 2% of MIELE's turnover (EURO 2.26 bn at the end of the trading on 30 June 2005).
