The Dutch HEIDELBERGCEMENT cement company has concluded a u partnership with the Chinese cement producers TANGSHAN JIDONG which will create a joint venture (parity owned) and provide the province of Shaanxi, in the North West of China with cement. The objective is to reach capacity production of around 4 million tonnes per year for the co-enterprise.
