ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) information technology

British company LOGICACMG (turnover of EUR 2.465 million in 2004 with workforce of 19,695) has launched a friendly takeover bid for the French UNILOG group (turnover of EUR 657.4 million in 2004 with workforce of 7438). The deal values the company at around EUR 1 bn, the bulk of which will be paid in cash.
