Mandelson tells Parliament shortages could be against consumers' interests and calls on Member States to accept proposals decided by Commission on Thursday

Brussels, 30/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - “I am not confident the Shanghai Textile Agreement will be sustainable unless we release the goods currently held at the border.
