30/08/2005 (Agence Europe) - European Commission Decision 2005/618/EC setting maximum concentrations of specific chemicals in electrical and electronic equipment has been published in Official Journal L214 of 19 August 2005. It amends Directive 2002/95/EC restricting the use of hazardous substances in equipment, and comes into force on 1 July 2006.
