Chancellor Schüssel prefers to talk about “active phase” of awareness-raising on Constitution than “break

Brussels, 16/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - At the pre-European Council summit of the European People's Party (EPP), which was held in Meise on 16 June and was attended by Wilfried Martens, the president of the party, Austrian Chancellor Wolfgang Schüssel told the press that he was not overly keen on the expression "break" in the ratification process of the European Constitution.
