Luxembourg, 16/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Tribunal of First Instance says that it has “largely” confirmed the European Commission's decision of 17 December 2002 ruling against company agreements on graphite market. In a press release, the Tribunal indicated that it had reduced the fine imposed by the Commission on one of these companies party to this agreement, SGL Carbon, from EUR 27.75 million to EUR 18.45.
