08/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Tuesday's Ecofin Council was unable to obtain consensus on a political agreement on a legislative proposal amending the “interest and royalties” directive. Belgium is blocking the agreement, which has to be decided at unanimity (EUROPE will return to this issue).
