Several Member States concerned about Community measures on Norwegian salmon

Luxembourg, 08/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - Point “A” on the Competitiveness Council's agenda, the case of Norwegian salmon was “debated with a certain passion” indicated Jeannot Krecké, president of the Council to the press. Denmark called on the Commission to rethink provisional anti-dumping measures adopted on 27 April on Norwegian salmon. The Commission also responded to requests from the United Kingdom and Ireland, but these provisional measures could damage the Danish salmon...
