Libya, racism and data retention at Council on Thursday and Friday

Brussels, 01/06/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Justice and Home Affairs Council is to meet on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 June in Luxembourg. On Thursday, ministers will seek to move forward on the framework decision for defining and penalising racism, but views clearly differ over the possibility of legal cooperation as an obligation.
