ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) real estate

German energy group E.ON has sold off its real estate subsidiary VITERRA to DEUTSCHE ANNINGTON, a British subsidiary of TERRA FIRMA, for around EUR 7 bn (3 billion in debt take-up).
