11/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday AFP indicated that Greece will defer the application until October of a law banning the award of public procurement contracts worth more than EUR 1 million to any company whose shareholders have at least 1% in media market share. In April the Commission considered that this law designed to fight corruption was incompatible with public procurement Community rules.
