Brussels, 11/05/2005 (Agence Europe) - European Commission president José Manuel Barroso, as well as the other Commissioners responsible for the dossiers in the four “common spaces” the EU and Russia are setting up over the next few years will hold a join meeting at the “end of June or beginning of July” in Brussels with Russian prime minister, Mikhail Fradkov, and members of the Russian government concerned with practical implementation of the four spaces, announced a Commission spokesperson on Wednesday. Following the agreement on Tuesday at the EU/Russia summit on the four road maps (EUROPE 8944, pp 5-6), the Commission explained that this would now involve “practical implementation of the road maps”.
