(Leaf) of the Netherlands by Nordic Capital Fund (Nordic Capital) of Jersey, Channel Islands and CVC European Equity Partners. CVC European Equity Partners has until now had sole control. Leaf produces and markets sweets, pastilles and chewing gum and distributes other sugar confectionary products on behalf of third parties. It is active mainly in the Nordic region,...
