Brussels, 25/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 26 April in Luxembourg EU agriculture ministers will be discussing certain aspects of the new European Rural Development Fund, the problem of non-authorised genetically modified Bt10 maize and the more difficult issue of relations with Russia in the phytosanitary domain.
