17/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - Wednesday's External Council reiterated its wish to reach, during the EU/Russia Summit on 10 May in Moscow, an agreement on the “balanced package” of road maps for implementing the four “common spaces”. In the meantime, a meeting of the Permanent EU/Russia Partnership Council at a foreign ministers level will take place on 1 April in Luxembourg. This meeting will focus on the four common spaces currently being negotiated, as well as international relations.
