17/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the External Relations Council examined the European Commission's recommendations aimed at negotiating action plans for implementing EU neighbourhood policy with Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Egypt and the Lebanon. Opening negotiations is expected at the next Council meeting on 25 April.
