Brussels, 15/03/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has allocated 3.5 million EUR in humanitarian aid to Angolan refugees in Zambia. The funds, taken from the Echo budget (the Communities' humanitarian aid office), will help to repatriate some 35,000 people by covering their transport, logistics, food and healthcare costs.
