Adoption of “neighbourhood policy” action plan

Brussels, 22/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday the EU/Moldova Cooperation Council adopted the action plan for Moldova as part of the Union's “neighbourhood policy”. Luxembourg foreign affairs minister, Jean Asselborn, who chaired the meeting, underlined the importance of the action plan, which aims to, “strengthen reciprocal relations and support political and economic reforms in Moldova”.
