Action plan for neighbourhood police signed - no immediate accession request

Brussels, 22/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Monday the EU/Ukraine Cooperation Council adopted and signed the “improved” three year action plan (2005-07) which the EU had proposed to Ukraine after the “Orange Revolution” for implementing the EU's new neighbourhood policy with the country.
