Monica Frassoni and Angelika Beer oppose development of German-Italian/US air defence programme

Brussels, 15/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Two Green MEPs, the co-president of the Greens/EFA of the European Parliament, the Italian Monica Frassoni, and the German Angelika Beer, have spoken out against the development of the MEADS (Medium Extended Air Defence System) defence programme between the United States, Germany and Italy.
