Demonstration on Thursday against “software” directive

Brussels, 15/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Although the Luxembourg Presidency has finally decided not to include computer assisted invention patents in its Ecofin Council agenda on 17 February, the most strident opponents of this “software” directive will be attending the demonstration planned for Thursday in Brussels to again express how bad they think the directive is (EUROPE 12 February pp 7 and 12).
